First off, their pizza is good, I have no complaint on that end. I have been here a few times and have noticed something though, the service is lack luster. Sure, they yell at you when you come in, but they don't do much else. I have had a few be rather rude here. Communicating that things such as the fountain machine being broken is not mentioned up front. Overall, it i not a bad place, but not one that many would continue coming to because of the problems.

Mehhhh... Wings were really fatty and greasy. I asked for mild, which anywhere else in the country means "mild buffalo" but these were just plain with no sauce, may have been my fault for not specifying but either way they were still really crappy. Dessert, their cinnamon breaded stuff was literally just that. Cinnamon on bread. I'll give it a 2 because they delivered to Camp Robinson.

Chef Salad was warm Croutons were soggy Sent the wrong salad dressing No fork included with the salad NYC pizza was decent, not hot but more than warm. Phone order was slow and had to repeat myself many times. Delivery guy was a sweet guy.

It's unbelievable that this restaurant could ever receive anything higher than one star. The pizza seriously lacks flavor. The horrendous lack of salt, pepper, or (gasp) other spices is blandly evident in both the pie itself and all the toppings. Delivery service is a game of Russian roulette. What you end up getting is completely at the whim of the inept staff. I ordered from Marco's three times and never once was the order correct. I'm not saying one topping was missing or something minor, more like a whole pizza was missing or that they changed the crust to thin and gave your toppings to someone they thought was more deserving. Then there is the waiting. Good luck getting your pizza in anything close to a timely fashion. One hour minimum for delivery time...consecutively clocked. Three orders and three massive failures. I complained about their terrible pizza and service and they gave me two free pizzas...something I still haven't cashed in in because you can't make up for crappy pizza with more crappy pizza! So lets sum up. Bland, incorrect orders, long wait for shabby "Italian" food. This place is was Olive Garden would be if they could deliver.
